1. Where do your coffee beans come from?
• Our beans specifically come directly from and are roasted by Velvet sunrise but some of the other brands that we carry are sources from all over the world
2. How do I select the best beans for my espresso machine?
• Based on the machine they have, the drinks they want to make and the flavour profile they are looking for. But coffee is still very much personal preference
3. Do you have whole beans available?
• Yes we do
4. Do you sell coffee beans wholesale?
• Yes we do
5. Why your coffee beans are different from others?
• We differ only because we have a selection of coffee for different type of machines.
6. What are the different types of capsules and pods do you offer?
• Nespresso Compatible Pods, Essse Caffe, Lavazza, Tostini, Illy and Caffitaly

2. How do I know which coffee grinder is right for me?
• This will always be based on a handful of factors including the machine that you either have, or are planning on buying, but if you come into one of our stores or speak with us online, we will be happy to recommend the best option for you

• The grinder is based on your specific needs and sometimes also preferences of how many drinks you are planning on making, if you are also looking for a type of atheistic, and anything else you may need as well!
