Our stores are located in Toronto, Ontario CANADA. Online orders for shipping/delivery are processed only on business days, and on the next business day on Holidays and weekends
We offer a few ways to receive your online purchase;
1) FREE PICKUP IS AVAILABLE
Pickup is available on any online product order, regardless of amount at both the Toronto & Woodbridge locations (pending stock levels). After your order confirmation, please wait for your "Ready-for-Pickup" email confirmation prior to departure. In most cases on business days, your order should be ready for pickup in the same day. If you are in dire need of your product, it is best to call the store ahead of time to ensure it can be picked for you in the same day. There is NO pickup fee. Contactless pickup is available upon request, please call your store location or include it in your notes.
Equipment, espresso machines & select orders WILL require photo ID and/or the credit card used as validation for the order to pick up the merchandise. This is to help prevent fraudulent activity and ensure you are receiving the correct order. Please bring your photo ID and credit card used for the purchase with you upon pickup. Please refer to the footer below for our opening/pickup hours.
2) FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA* ON ORDERS $69 and up (some restrictions)
We are offering FREE shipping across Canada* (except for Remote Areas Listed below) on any order over $69.
Delivery carriers will depend on your area & day of shipment and will vary between; Canada Post, UPS, Purolator & Fedex.
Remote areas will be subject to a delivery charge of $14.95 plus tax and will be contacted about a delivery surcharge, depending on your location/area.
3) FLAT FEE SHIPPING IN CANADA ON ANY ORDER
We offer a flat fee of $14.95 plus tax for shipping your product, should your order total fall below $69 or fall into a remote area. This will help offset the low order fee, handling and cost for shipping.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the 2-3 business days. If there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you within 24 hours, or, on the next following business day.
4) US Shipments
All shipments going to the US are subject to import fees and duties. These fees are NOT included in the shipment cost of the order as both are automated by the delivery company at checkout and delivery.
INSURANCE
All shipments are insured to cover any damage that may occur during transit. All shipments valued over $300 will require a signature of receipt.
Machine Pick-Up and Drop Off Policy
Any charge that will be applied for a delivery charge for pickup or drop off is non-refundable. After receiving the information from the website for a pickup or drop off we will determine a date and time for the service. We will contact the customer once we have begun scheduling the area for the day.
If we arrive and no one is home within the window we provided, there will not be a refund for the charge already applied.
If for any reason something happens to the machine within 90 days of pickup or drop off that is directly at fault of Anthony’s Espresso, it will be covered by us directly.
Before we pickup please ensure to empty all liquid from the water tank and drip tray to avoid spillage and mess in transport.
Our driver is not a full licensed technician and is unable to test and check the machine on site at the time of pickup or drop off.
