Adherence to Specialty Coffee Standards
The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro brews espresso at a precise 9-bar pressure, thanks to an updated OPV spring. The brass brew group remains unchanged, ensuring longevity without sacrificing quality, while the new polished steel surround enhances aesthetics and durability.
Commercial-Grade Components
The machine features a stainless steel 58mm portafilter, replacing the previous chrome-plated brass design to eliminate visual imperfections and provide better heat retention for temperature stability. This portafilter is compatible with a variety of premium baskets, tampers, and other accessories.
Efficient Brewing Process
The 3-way solenoid valve allows for easy puck removal after brewing, producing a dry puck that is simple to knock out. The wastewater is efficiently discharged directly into the drip tray.

Housed in a one-piece steel frame, the Classic Evo Pro maintains a high-quality build with robust rocker switches and corresponding LEDs for operation. The updated polished group cover adds a touch of elegance to the machine.
