 The "stepped" design of the portafilter head evenly distributes coffee grounds, thanks to the rotary movement of this level tamper. Simply screwing the tamper adjusts the height in just a few seconds, accommodating different sieve sizes and coffee quantities. This tamper also compresses the grounds while distributing them, and all parts can be easily cleaned by unscrewing them. Made of 100% stainless steel and anodized aluminum, this 58mm black leveler or palm-tamper ensures consistent coffee compression. Adjustment is quick and easy - loosen the head, adjust the base height by turning it, then tighten the head again.
