• TFT Display Programming: The state-of-the-art touch display makes programming and customization easy. Pre-set profiles or maximum customization options allow you to fine-tune your brewing experience. The interface also supports Bezzera's patented pressure profile system, enabling drip coffee and herbal infusions with low-pressure programs.

• Patented Brewing Profile System: The volumetric dosage and double boiler hydraulic system allow pressure profiles to be set from 3 to 11 bar, maximizing the coffee extraction experience. The pressure profile patent is designed to enhance aroma and flavour for each type of coffee.

• Automatic Water Regeneration: The automatic water and steam boiler regeneration system allows scheduled daily recycling to maintain water quality and balance pH levels, ensuring consistent flavor and performance.
