Any charge that will be applied for a delivery charge for pickup or drop off is non-refundable. After receiving the information from the website for a pickup or drop off we will determine a date and time for the service. We will contact the customer once we have begun scheduling the area for the day.
If we arrive and no one is home within the window we provided, there will not be a refund for the charge already applied.
If something happens to the machine within 90 days of pickup or drop off that is directly at the fault of Anthony’s Espresso, it will be covered by us directly.
Before we pick up please ensure to empty all liquid from the water tank and drip tray to avoid spillage and mess in transport.
Our driver is not a fully licensed technician and cannot test and check the machine on-site at the time of pickup or drop-off.
