Our Espresso Maker Repair Process Works

We've designed our service process to be simple, transparent, and helpful from the moment you reach out. Whether you're dropping off your espresso machine, shipping it from outside the GTA, or booking an on-site commercial visit, the steps are always clear and straightforward.

1. Start Your Request

You can either:

Drop your machine at one of our service centres, or
Join the service queue online using the request form

Once you're in the queue, we'll contact you when it's time to bring in your machine.

2. Machine Assessment

Every repair begins with an authorized espresso machine technician examining the machine to identify the issue. This allows us to provide a clear, accurate estimate before any work is done.

3. Approve Your Estimate

You'll receive your estimate within the posted assessment time. Nothing moves forward until you approve it.

4. Repair & Testing

Our technicians complete the repair using genuine parts whenever applicable. Before your machine is returned, we test it thoroughly to confirm it's working properly.

5. Pickup or Return Shipping

You can pick up your repaired machine at your chosen location, or, if you shipped it to us, we'll ship it back securely.

Our current wait times vary depending on the season and how many machines are in service:

Vaughan Location: About 3 weeks for assessment and estimate (for super-automatic, semi-automatic, and semi-professional machines)
Toronto Location: About 2.5 weeks for assessment and estimate (for super-automatic and semi-automatic machines)

How to get your machine serviced:

Drop off your machine at either our Toronto or Woodbridge service centre.
Or fill out the service request form below to join our service queue.
We will contact you when it's time to drop off your machine (within 48 hours of your service window).
After drop-off, expect an estimate within 48–72 hours.

We know your espresso machine is important to you. We have a number of loaner machines available to you while yours is being serviced, but availability is not guaranteed.

How do I get my home espresso machine serviced?

Bring your machine to either Toronto or Woodbridge service centres or use the service request form above to join the queue. Need help unloading? Call us when you arrive, and we'll assist if possible.

Semi-professional and commercial machines must be dropped off at Woodbridge only.

How much does it cost to assess my machine?

Assessment fees are upfront and depend on your machine's age and type:

$60: Super-automatic/manual machines under 10 years old (refundable if you buy a new machine)
$80: Super-automatic/manual machines over 10 years old (non-refundable)
$100: Semi-professional machines (non-refundable)

Do you offer espresso machine maintenance packages?

Preventative Maintenance Package (Super-Automatic): $80 + tax. Includes descaling, cleaning, and bench testing.
Preventative Maintenance Plus: $120 + tax. Adds grinder calibration and full cleaning.
Semi-Pro Maintenance (Single Boiler): $150 + tax. Includes descaling, backwashing, gasket replacement, and a full check.

How much does repair cost?

Repair costs depend on the problem. Labor starts at $100/hour, plus parts. A technician will give you an estimate after assessment.

How long will the service take?

Service times depend on how many machines are in the queue. Contact your local service centre for current estimates.

Warranty coverage varies by brand. Please check your warranty papers or contact the manufacturer directly. Some brands do not cover shipping under warranty (e.g., Gaggia).
