In general:

  • We handle warranty service for many brands we sell
  • Some brands require manufacturer-direct support
  • If you’re unsure, we’ll help you figure it out

Damaged or Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Items

We carefully inspect and package every machine before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or does not function on arrival, we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

What to do first:

  • Contact us at info@anthonysespresso.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video may be requested to help determine the best course of action

How DOA issues are handled:

  • Brands serviced directly by Anthony’s Espresso:
    If the machine is confirmed as Dead-On-Arrival and cannot be repaired, we will assist with a replacement or alternative solution, subject to availability.
  • Manufacturer-direct brands (including Breville and Jura):
    Warranty troubleshooting and DOA determination must be handled directly by the manufacturer. These brands typically require initial diagnostics before approving replacement or exchange.

We will help direct you to the correct manufacturer support channel and ensure you know what to expect.

Important notes:

  • Original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or scale buildup is not considered DOA
  • Manufacturer approval is required before any replacement or exchange for manufacturer-direct brands
