"Machine Philips 5400 en panne juste après la garantie. Le broyeur a été endommagé par un caillou dans le café acheté chez Anthony’s. Ni Philips ni Anthony’s n’ont voulu aider. Pour le prix payé, c’est inacceptable. Je déconseille cette machine et ce café. La Philips 5400 fait du bon café et la machine en soi est excellente. Mais le service à la clientèle est très décevant : à peine la garantie terminée, le broyeur est tombé en panne et ni Philips ni Anthony’s n’ont voulu offrir de vraie solution. Pour le prix, on s’attend à un meilleur suivi. Dommage, car je n’achèterai plus jamais de produit Philips."
